  • Returns are only accepted for unopened and sealed products within 15 days of purchase.

  • Kaleidescape products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact Bravo AV at Admin@BravoAV.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Include your proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the return to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item and may take 5-10 business days to process.
